Morning Walk

So for the last 21 days, I have been trying to build the habit of morning walk. And yesterday I have completed it. 

The reason behind this was - 

1. Normally I woke up at 7/7:30 am. But then I would just waste the time on the laptop until I have a class or other work. As a result, I wasn't getting any benefit out of it. 

2. After corona arrived like other people I was also locked up at home all the time. This means I am not having any physical activities throughout the day. Another thing was my screentime increased significantly in this time. 

Now adding morning walk means now I have to get out of bed after I woke up. Also, now I am having at least some physical activities in a day at the same time reducing my screentime.

 The benefits am getting out of it are -

 1. As I am getting early at 6 am. one or one and a half hours ahead I did previously. Now I have stretched out my day more time to do other things. 

2. As of now I have to sleep before 12/12:30 am. I have pushed my French Learning to morning which I was doing before going to sleep previously. As a result, now I am starting my day having 1hr of work done regularly contributing to my mental satisfaction massively
